Bruker Daltonics – for over 20 years worldwide leading in CBRN detection equipment - offers and constantly improves their sophisticated CBRN product line and this way tries to help counter chemical, biological, radiological and nuclear threats. State-of-the-art technology, ruggedized design and modular accessories allow flexible and extensive applications. Our technological platform includes ion mobility, mass spectrometry and stand-off infrared spectrometry. We are the only supplier who covers the complete range of CBRN detection. The product line supports all possible use cases for the detection of various threats, and includes handheld point detectors as well as detection systems for critical infrastructure and environmental protection, reconnaissance vehicles, shipboard or stationary use.

 

Projects

Critical Infrastructure Protection

 

Big Events like governmental summits, concerts, parades or sportive events are part of critical infrastructure and maybe targets of terrorist attacks with CWA or TIC. Bruker has provided instruments (RAPID, RAID-M 100, MM2) for an inconspicuous monitoring of the interior football stadium in Leipzig/Germany during the FIFA WM2006. During the APEC security summit in 2006 in Vietnam Bruker instruments have been used for monitoring of hazardous agents. Bruker has sold equipment and software for the detection of chemical, biological and nuclear threats for the security during the Olympic Games 2008 in Beijing/China.
